Completed Projects
H&B Logistics cold storage has a total project area of 23,420 m². In phase 1, construction on 7,968 m² of land includes cold storage and a closed auxiliary house system. The height of the warehouse area is 11.8m. Phase 2 builds 5,500m² for cold storage and 5,000m² for the basement with the entire cold storage area.
Total warehouse capacity in phase 1 is 15, 120 pallets, including 4 freezer warehouses, 1 cool warehouse and 1 buffer room.Phase 2 is to build a cold storage facility of 10,500 pallets, including 2 freezer warehouses, 1 cool storage room, 1 buffer room and a basement that can store dry goods. Storage temperature from -25ºto 15º for cold storage and cool storage. Storage temperature is usually dry storage.
Panel equipment, shelves, indoor units, lifting units, condensers, forklifts are all imported from abroad, such as Germany, America, Japan, Malaysia. 24/7 technical team to help ensure temperature and problem solving ability. Surveillance camera system and fire protection. System of auxiliary houses, office, canteens, restrooms.
